Aquarium Fun
The Platypus is very swift in the water, and it was hard to take a decent picture of the sweet darling. They really are fascinating creatures. They have webbed feet like a duck, along with a bill. They have fur like a mammal, yet lay eggs like a bird....They are also very poisonous. They have thorns by their duck feet and if they strike you, it's pretty shitty. I saw on Discovery this guys leg was twice the size and all purple and veiny. They had to inject morphine into his bone from four angles to stop the pain. Intense stuff huh? So let this be a lesson to you, if you see one admire it from afar and don't piss it off..
I thought this sign was sort of cute so I took a picture
This is the salt water crocodile
Did you know? The easiest way to tell a Salt Croc and a Fresh water croc is their teeth. It's hard to tell his the picture, but a Salt waters teeth interlock like a zipper. The fresh waters top teeth all just go down and is more of an over bite then interlocking. Salt water crocs grow to be MUCH bigger and are also much more known for thier man eating capabilities. Nonetheless you should not piss either off.... Just not a good idea.
Here is a small fresh water Crocodile, just chilling....
