Good-bye Broome!!!
That's right!!! Last night I blew the hot dog stand of Broome and headed south to the land of Perth. Perth is a real nice city I think. It seems to have all the components of a good city....
Being in Broome for so long, I seem to have forgotten that
1)places stay open longer then 9pm (eg Petrol stations etc) (once wet season hit before that it was hopping***)
2)Time now goes in regular people time.
This makes me smile
I enjoy walking briskly, wearing cardigans, and having the pleasure of sleeping with a blanket. They hooked me up real nice when I got to the hotel. Exceptionally well actually. One of the perks is I got a real nice blanket to sleep with. Even though I shared a room with three other girls, I had one of the best sleeps I have had in months. I woke up full of sparkles and ready to begin my day the way a 'normal person would'. The whole point of this is that Perth is real nice. This morning I went to Woolies to get my favourite granola cereal, and then went down to feed the ducks. The ducks were real friendly and really enjoyed the little flakes of the cereal. I haven't seen any ducks in quite a while. Even in Bowen the ducks were real snobs. I think this was because the lagoon was so huge, and the ducks were not very plentiful compared to the other flying creatures.
Anyways playing with the ducks was like a roller coaster ride @ Tampa Bay. The rest of my day was mainly spent having a Chrissy Date day!!!! I love these days. I walked around. Saw new streets, stores, trees, windows and people. I bumped into a girl that was @ the hostel with me in Bowen. That was a Little random. Now I'm just chilling in the TV room @ the hostel. It's really sweet here. Everyone eats lots of Salad, and muesli. I think I may do a new yoga DVD that I got tonight. I figure the timing is right, because before the room was vacant....hmm???
Oh well less typing more doing
Bye now
Love:
