Hello world!!!
Hello there whoever you are....Hope life is going well and the dates and figs are flowing down the grocer isles.

After a few nights in Motueka I headed back to the sparkly promised land of Nelson. Everything is just as lovely as I left it.The organic figs and dates are still the best in all the land, the ducks remain happy and humble, and the faces I that pass me ease my eyes, and induce rosy cheeks and smiles.
I am convinced lovely things are coming my way, and that nothing could possibly bring it down.
I had a job interview with an association working in a group home. I pretty much bagged the job, I just need to hook them up with some references. The only unfortunate thing is that I want to stay central and most of the jobs are real out of the way. I could conquer my fear of driving and commute....Really that would be the easiest most practical thing to do. I almost consider it, in some aspects. However I really prefer to remain car less. Having a car is a hassle, and walking keeps my legs healthy ad nimble. On the other hand with a car road trips are very easy. You can just jump in your car, passionately kidnap yourself (and maybe a cute kiwi), and drive wherever your sweet little heart desires. I will continue toying with this idea. Things will fall into place, I am convinced of that.
I figure this weekend I am going to research some other companies and shop around a little bit. I figure I should be a little picky if I am going to stop and stay in the area for 10-12 months. I reckon employment is quite easy to come by. I don't think there are too many situations in my life where I actively searched for a job, they generally seem to float my way. When you allow yourself to go into a certain mode. I always end up talking to endless strings of strangers, and everyone always seems to rack their brains to help me. People will give me numbers, leads, and hints. This seems to especially happen in Nelson, very good people reside here.
Today was another day of leisure though. It's a Saturday so all the places are closed to call. I spent the day going to the markets with a friend I met at the hostel. We had a nice chai, had two dates and a fig, spent way too much money on beads, and then made heaps of anklets. In between I hung out with a really strange German dude that seems to be obsessed with me. (I don't mean that in a conceited way). You know how some people just seem to have no shame with getting declined, and they just bounce up like one of those inflatable bowling pin shaped things--BoinG@@@@@ That would be him, he tries to act real smooth Hollywood styles too. I find this extremely tacky and unattractive. It's like if your standing at an apple tree and there is an apple that just throws itself down to your feet, that one would not be as appealing as the ones tall up in the tree. Does that make sense?? Anyways ....Quite funny stuff I could write a book about this, but I just keep my friendly distance and keep to my hobbies, n hoops (I've been practicing quite a lot and can almost nail the two new tricks I've been learning) yes yes!!!
We are all sitting in the TV room right now and that movie 'The Animal" with Rob Shneider is on.
Rob Shneider
I think he is the most annoying 'actor' I have ever watched.
It's funny because the European people in the room find it quite funny. They are actively laughing and sometimes making little comments. Myself and the other English lady I think are both repulsed by the stupid humour. It may even be below toilet humour. I showed them an episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Forceon my computer though. They seemed to enjoy it, as it is probably the funniest show in the world (That and South Park). Usually people that like that show, get along quite well with me. Not like Everybody loves Raymond. Most of the people I have met that like that show are distastefully lame in the humour department.
