Kia Ora !!!@

Hey just thought I'd give a quick hello and all

Things are moving along smoothly. I don't have full time work yet, but that's mainly because I'm being big time picky.

I'm picky because:

I don't want to leave Nelson, I really like it here
I want to get a proper full time job (in order to be a kiwi princess)
I don't want to buy a car

I figure this is the way to go in the long term. If I'm going to be staying in Nelson for a minimum of 11 months then I may as well enjoy what I do. It's all so simple you see!!!

In the meantime I decided to work for accomidation @ the best hostel in NZ ------------------------------------------------------------->>Paradiso, <<--------------------------------------
and if something doesn't happen by early next week then I'll get a crappy job until it does. I reckon it's better to do that then to start a full time pos. I really have extreme faith that good things are headed my way. Sometimes in life when you think you are having a set back, you see afterwards that the whole time it was an ajar door waiting to be entered. From the smallest to the biggest things, I know that all will be good. In the meantime as long a I can save a little for school, and have a date or fig in the avro life is sweet. I also need to start shopping around for a visit ticket home...ehhhhhhhh!!!! 3000$ it is!!! Maybe I can hula hoop my flight...

But good things come to those who wait patiently in line to buy their figs and dates, and I am definetely at the check out and know that the quality is there. Sparkly, euphoric, maple syrop sweetness!!!

Anyways it's sweet sweet sweet here.....The staff are all young, and vibrant. There are even fellow Canadians. I haven't really seen many lately, so that's kinda fun, it always seems to go back to Tim Hortons...in convos. I played vollyball with a bunch of them, and it was a wicked time.

By night Rhonda was on the rampage!!!

Does that make sense?? Of course it doesn't and that is because I have not talked about Rhonda before in my little blog.

Rhonda is the lady that employs me, she is the manager of Paradiso. She is very nice, attentive, efficient, and smart. Along with these quality characteristics she is also very talented in the kicking ass department. She could probably sell ice to the Eskimos, and has a very whippish snap which I find appealing. Anyways last night I was hanging with her and a few others. I think it stared off because I got in trouble by her hula hooping in the motel parking lot (As it was quite late and people were sleeping-ya I"m a bad girl I"m sorry) She told me quite sexy sternly that I had to go, so I went on my merry way downwards to the duck pond where I danced for a good 15+ songs on my ipod. So I think we were poking fun of the situation, when she was like Chrissy go get your hoops, I'll busk for you!!!!!

I do have a little stage fright in a sense, but deep down I do enjoy doing things like that. The wicked thing about Rhonda was that even though I said no no no, she was already out getting all the guests to put gold coins in a stubby holder. I figured at this point that I didn't really have a choice, so I grabbed my hoop and danced for strangers, and fellow future staff members. To make matters even better I made 42 dollars...yes yes!!!! Thank you Rhonda....It's crazy because really after that one time I don't think I have stage fright anymore. It felt real good when everyone was clapping and all...

So this is what it feels like when doves smile

So Thank you Rhonda I look forward to working for her
